This cookbook is heavily inspired by Ayurveda from India and Macrobiotics from Japan, but is not a guide to either philosophy. Make the recipes yours! Please add or subtract ingredients from them to meet your unique needs.

Almost every recipe in the book is to be prepared in large batches. This is a wonderful opportunity to share with others and/or meal prep for the days to come.
